Request Account & Data Deletion
Use the steps below to permanently delete your Find That Dress account and associated personal data.
Important: Please send your request from your registered email address to ensure we can verify ownership of the account.
How to submit your request
- Open your email app using the same email address you used to register in the app.
- Compose a new email to contact@findthadress.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Copy and fill in the template below, then send.

What happens next
- Verification: We may ask you to confirm details to verify identity.
- Timeline: We aim to process verified requests as soon as practicable and within applicable legal timeframes.
- Scope: Your account and personal data stored by us will be deleted. We do not control third‑party retailer accounts or orders—please contact them directly.
- Retention obligations: Some records (e.g., billing/transaction metadata) may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes, after which they are securely disposed.
- Irreversible: Deletion is permanent. Credits and subscriptions remaining at deletion time are forfeited unless required otherwise by local law.
