Important: Please send your request from your registered email address to ensure we can verify ownership of the account.

How to submit your request

1. Open your email app using the same email address you used to register in the app.
2. Compose a new email to contact@findthadress.com.
3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
4. Copy and fill in the template below, then send.

What happens next

• Verification: We may ask you to confirm details to verify identity.
• Timeline: We aim to process verified requests as soon as practicable and within applicable legal timeframes.
• Scope: Your account and personal data stored by us will be deleted. We do not control third‑party retailer accounts or orders—please contact them directly.
• Retention obligations: Some records (e.g., billing/transaction metadata) may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes, after which they are securely disposed.
• Irreversible: Deletion is permanent. Credits and subscriptions remaining at deletion time are forfeited unless required otherwise by local law.
